PRESCRIPTION PROCESSING

Please allow up to three business days for new prescription verification and processing. If you have a prescription on file, your order can ship out the next business day.

Exceptions: Pet food and Vaccines aren’t eligible for free shipping and some oversize/heavy items. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico do not qualify for free shipping. Priority 2-4 Business Days

Shipping is $10.95 for most orders. Time frame for delivery describes time in transit. Exceptions: Shipping carrier may vary. Priority shipping doesn’t guarantee a “USPS Priority” delivery. Restrictions may apply to certain items. Please contact us directly for more information. Some items are marked on the item description page as restricted from this shipping option. Examples: Items that list ORM-D and Pet Foods and other large or heavy items/orders. Some items may require extra shipping costs. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to shipping. Delivery time is in business days for this and all shipping options. Rx orders must receive approval before shipping. Once Rx approval is received, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. If refills are on file, your order may ship as fast as next business day.

Express 1-2 Days SHIPPING

Express 1-2 Days shipping is $36.95 and available within the United States. Exceptions: Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible. Items listed as ORM-D or items that specify ground shipping only. Express orders are only shipped Monday-Wednesday. We do not ship Express on Thursday or Friday as we cannot guarantee weekend delivery. There are size limits for Express 1-2 Days orders. Generally, the maximum size is roughly 3-6 bottles or average sized items. If you have selected Express 1-2 Days shipping and your order is too large, your order will be shipped Priority instead and the Express 1-2 Days fee will not be charged. Please make sure to give us a valid phone number that we can reach you at immediately. If there is an issue with your order we will call you before 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM PST) to make sure that your order goes out the same day. The cut off time for these orders to be shipped on the same day they are placed is 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST). Any order placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Check/Money Order. Checks/Money Orders should be made payable to EntirelyPets Pharmacy. You order will be released at time of check clearing. Please note if PayPal is the selected payment method, the entire cost of the order will be charged at the time of order placement.

RETURNS

We comply with the FDA rules and we do not accept returns on prescription medications.

CANCELED ORDERS

We are able to cancel orders that have not been processed. Once an order has been processed, we will do our best to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee it.
